Certified Credit Counselor
The basic function of this position involves providing personal financial counseling via telephone and face-to-face with participants in NFDM programs and to potential clients debt management clients. The position requires additional certification as a Credit Counselor by the National Institute for Financial Counseling Education, provided by the Foundation. Disposition should be friendly, talkative, professional and extroverted. B.A. or B.S. in fields relative to Business, Education, Psychology, and Sociology preferred. Strong consideration would be given to individuals with degrees in fields of study classified as ‘Liberal Arts & Sciences’, and / or 2 to 3 years experience in a financial background.

Client Services Representative

The basic function of this position is to serve as the Foundation’s primary point of contact for individuals that have enrolled into the debt management program, but have yet to return the necessary documentation needed to act on their behalf. This position may also require contacting individuals via telephone to assist in the completion of such documentation, as well as answer any questions posed by the individual. Disposition should be friendly, talkative, professional and extroverted.

Quality Control Analyst
The basic function of this position is to analyze  and verify potential program benefit for enrolling clients and counseled consumers. Upon determination, the analyst will either return the enrollment due to lack of benefit, or process the enrollment into the program. This individual should be focused; detail oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills.

Creditor Relations Representative
The basic function of this position is to process proposals, research rejected proposals, and follow up with creditors and clients accordingly. This includes preparing counter offers, researching payment increase issues, and making outgoing follow up telephone calls to creditors for pending proposal status changes. Disposition should be friendly, professional and detail oriented.

Money Management Representative
The basic function of this position is to apply budgeting knowledge to assist hardship clients with their ability to make timely payments while on the program. Representatives analyze spending habits and identify the root cause of the client’s inability to make payments, and then provide the necessary tools needed to continue receiving benefits of the program. Disposition should be friendly, talkative, professional and compassionate.

Quality Assurance Representative
The basic function of this position is to audit client records and evaluate accuracy of Company quality standards and practices. The representative must objectively document the adherence to standards relating to application processes, client record notation, security, and completion of work. This individual should be focused; detail oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical skills.
